Nick Fusca specializes in assisting companies with first year audits, multi-year audits and multi-year restatements. More specifically, Nick works with companies in the manufacturing and distribution, retail, specialty finance, construction, real estate consumer products and service organizations industries.
Nick’s current and previous roles have given him the necessary experience to assist his clients with a broad range of technical and strategic issues. He has been involved in implementing 404 compliance for several publicly traded companies, giving him unique experience in the design and implementation of internal controls.
Nick attended California State University in Fullerton where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting in 2004. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Awards Committee.
